We work together to build strong, positive relationships and support every young person on their journey forward.

Hi, I’m Olivia — but you can call me Liv
I’m the Registered Manager at Brighter Days.
My role is to make sure the home is a safe, supportive, and positive place for every young person who lives here. I work closely with the staff team to ensure you are listened to, cared for, and supported to achieve your goals.
You’ll see me around the home most days, and I’m always happy to stop for a chat. Whether you want to talk about something that’s worrying you, share something you’re proud of, or just have a catch-up, my door is always open.
Your voice matters, and I’m here to make sure you feel safe, heard, and supported at Brighter Days.

Hi, I’m Mubarak – but you can call me Mo
I’m the Responsible Individual for Brighter Days. You will see me at the home from time to time. When I visit, I like to check in with you to see how things are going and to hear your thoughts about the home. Your feedback is really important to us because it helps us make Brighter Days the best place it can be.
My role is to make sure the home is safe, well-run, and meeting the needs of every young person living here.
You can always talk to me if you have any worries, want to share something you’re proud of, or just fancy a coffee and a chat.

Hi, I’m Luke
I’m the Compliance and Health & Safety Lead at Brighter Days.
My role is to make sure the home is safe, well-run, and meeting all the standards that help keep everyone protected and supported. I work closely with the team to check that everything in the home is working the way it should and that young people are living in a safe and comfortable environment.
You might see me around the home from time to time carrying out checks or talking with staff and young people. I’m always happy to stop for a chat, hear how things are going, or listen to any ideas you might have about how we can make the home even better.

I’m the Team Leader at Brighter Days.
My role is to support the Registered Manager and the staff team to make sure the home is a safe, supportive, and positive place for every young person who lives here. I help ensure things run smoothly and that everyone is getting the care and support they need.
You’ll see me around the home working closely with the team, spending time with young people, and making sure everyone feels listened to, respected, and supported.

My role is to help make sure the home is a calm, supportive, and positive place where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work closely with the team to support young people with everyday life, from routines and activities to working towards personal goals.
You’ll often see me around the home spending time with young people, helping with things that matter to you, and making sure you feel listened to and respected.
If you ever need someone to talk to, some support with something you’re finding difficult, or just someone to have a laugh with, I’m always here to help.

I’m a Residential Support Worker and Trainer at Brighter Days.
My role is to support young people in their day-to-day lives and help make the home a safe, positive, and supportive place to live. I’m here to listen, offer guidance, and help you work towards your goals.
You’ll see me around the home helping with routines, activities, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
I also help train the staff and ensure the house is a safe enviroment for all to enjoy.

Hi, I’m Ray — but most young people call me Ray Ray
I’m the Maintenance Man at Brighter Days.
My job is to make sure the home is safe, comfortable, and everything is working the way it should. That means fixing things, carrying out repairs, and helping keep the house in good condition for everyone who lives here.
I was actually retired, but I got bored sitting at home, so now I help out at Brighter Days keeping everything running smoothly!
You’ll see me around the home from time to time working on different jobs or improving things around the house.
If something needs fixing, you can always let staff know and I’ll do my best to get it sorted as quickly as possible. I’m always happy to stop for a quick chat or a laugh when I’m around.

Hi, i work on the Bank my name is Karli
I work on the Bank as a residential Support worker.
Bank staff support the home when extra help is needed. This might be covering shifts, supporting activities, or helping make sure the home continues to run smoothly for everyone.
Even though we may not be in the home every day, we are still an important part of the team and are here to help make sure Brighter Days remains a safe, supportive, and positive place to live.
